Freeze period
During the "freeze period", there is a 'suspension' of the repositioning of shares from Euronext Brussels to the New York stock exchange and vice versa. Therefore, during this period, we do not execute any repositioning transfer of shares from the US to Europe and from Europe to the US.
Shareholders may not reposition shares between the Belgian Register and the U.S. Register as from the "Ex date" Tuesday 09 July 2024 until Thursday 11 July 2024 (start of business day CET Brussels time).
Ex-date and record date
- Ex-date: Date as of which the trading of the shares is ex-dividend i.e. the date as of which the buyer of a share is not entitled to the dividend (and the right to the dividend stays with the seller).
- Record date:The date on which the positions within the settlement systems give entitlement to the dividend.
- Payment date: The date on which the dividend is actually paid.
