To strengthen our Engineering team in Namibia, we are currently looking for Engineering Specialists (at all levels) who will be based in Walvis Bay.

What do you bring?

Entry-Level Specialists

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering discipline
• Experience: 3 years
• Skills:
  • Basic knowledge of engineering principles
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software (AutoCAD, MATLAB, PLC programming, etc.)
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities

Mid-Level Specialists

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant discipline
• Experience: 5 years
• Skills:
  • Proven experience in project design, development, and implementation
  • Proficiency with simulation and modelling tools
  • Hands-on experience with automation systems, control panels, or chemical process equipment
  • Ability to oversee technical tasks and coordinate with teams
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Senior & Lead Specialists

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; Professional certifications preferred
• Experience: 7+ years
• Skills:
  • Extensive experience in project management and technical leadership
  • Deep expertise in their engineering field
  • Ability to optimize processes and implement innovative solutions
  • Excellent communication and mentorship skills
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery

General requirements:

• Must have a valid code B / BE Driver’s licence.
• Must be a Namibian Citizen.
